Online orders require a 2 week lead time Please confirm before ordering custom cake online

Deposits: We require a 50%-75% initial non-refundable deposit to secure the order.
 
Final payment: Final payment is due 2 days before the order due date. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is late. Full payment is due if order is placed and due in less than 7 days or is less than $300.00
 
Rush orders: Requests made 7 days before due date may be subject to rush order fees.
 
Changes: We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes that are made 7 days before the order due date. Please note - extra charges may apply to last-minute changes.
 
Cancellations: Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the deposit and any monies already spent on supplies. If a cancellation is requested after work has been started, there will be no refunds. No refunds for orders cancelled within 7 days of booked date.

At times seasonal fruits are not ripe enough or sweet enough to be used. Since we bake our product the day before it's due at times we do not have time to contact for another fruit/flavor and will default your product to Vanilla. We try our best to stick with your selection.
 
Non-edibles: Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. We’ll let you know which pieces cannot be eaten. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.
 
Product design: We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar.
 
Delivery & pick-up: Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damage caused.
 
Media: We reserve the right to use all photographs of the cake/cake pops/cookie for advertising purposes but I never tag my clients or release event information.

Cake Pops may occasionally have a crack. That does not impact taste or design.

Bulk orders have a $.25 per Cake Pop individual packaging fee
