Keto Friendly Chicken Wings

My family loves a quick, easy dinner option and these lemon pepper wings fit our criteria 3 lbs chicken wings ( I only use flats )1 cup all purpose flour2 teaspoons salt, salt to taste1 teaspoon fresh pepperoil for frying1/4 cup butter melted1 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning1 teaspoon lemon juice2 tablespoons chopped parsley1 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper flakes1 tablespoon of minced lemon peel (optional)For a slightly stronger flavor add an additional 1 teaspoon dry lemon pepper seasoning I prefer a crispy wing :) So the wings are lightly coated in flour, then deep fried to golden brown, then i shake them up in a bowl with the sauce.
Place the chicken wings in the bowl; gently toss to coat with flour mixture.Heat 4 inches of oil in a large pot to 350 degrees F or use a deep fryer (i haven't tried an Airfryer but that may work).Deep fry until wings are deep golden brown and fully cooked . In a small bowl, combine the butter and lemon pepper seasoning. Toss wings in sauce to coat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
